Terms and Conditions of Sale
IGS Diamonds, Inc. is a dynamic, fluid and customer oriented company. We use the flexibility this gives us to your advantage. Hence, the following term “guidelines” reflect typical transactions but we are happy to, within reason, fit the terms to your particular needs. For example, you might need a longer evaluation period. Please don’t hesitate to inquire if you have any questions or unique needs.
PRICES
Due to the competiveness of the diamond markets diamonds are quoted at small percentages above cost. We keep our overhead costs low and pass the savings on to you. Cash, check or certified funds will always guarantee you the best price.
FINANCING
At this time, we do not offer financing. However, many credit card companies offer special promotions with credit card checks and low percentage rates.
SECURE TRANSFER
We accept cash, check, credit card and bank wire for payment. Once payment is secured, item will be delivered to the customer.
INSPECTION / EVALUATION PERIOD
An inspection period of one calendar week from date of receipt is in effect for mounted or non-mounted items.
RETURNS
In the exceedingly rare instance that a return of merchandise is requested, the diamond(s) or article of jewelry may be returned up to the 7 (seven) day inspection/evaluation period above with our prior notification. For internet oders, merchandise must be returned via insured (usually registered) mail and directed to our office/showroom at:

Items damaged or showing signs of wear are not accepted for return.
JEWELRY INSURANCE
Most jewelry can be insured through your current homeowner/renters policy. Please check with your insurance agent.

SHIPPING
We ship UPS, Fed Ex and US Postal Service. In larger value items we use Brinks Armored Car.
